I had already tried restarting Outlook, rebuilding OST File, executing SCANOST .exe , Nothing worked, So dont waste time suggesting these as a solution. I am in hurry so please help me out with a solution providing quick results.
Any help would be appreciated !!!!!
Hi Aliiss,
Generally Error 0000000E occurs due to oversize of OST File due to which "user data" directory become inaccessible which further leads to OST file corruption.
Solution: Fixing this error, normally rebuilding OST file or executing SCANOST.exe works but as you had already tried that , so you can also give a try to fix this error by modifying OST file using Registry Editor.
For which you may follow these steps:
1. Start the Registry Editor
2. Locate and open the corrupt OST file from:
Drive:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
3. try to rename it
Right-click User Data directory and then click on Modify.
Check and, if necessary, adjust the path that is specified in the Value data box.
Exit the Registry Editor.
Thus, you may get your inaccessible OST file by fixing Internal Error (Code=0000000E) of OST file. But, if these above steps are not helpful for you then you should try a professional OST to PST conversion tool like Stellar OST to PST converter for quick results..
